Shipping

 

We use Australia Post Express Post to send out our toppers. Other products go regular post unless otherwise requested. We carefully pack all our toppers with MDF backing and they are well taped down to stop them from moving in transit. If your topper arrives broken, let us know and we’ll send a replacement ASAP. Just send a pic of the damaged topper so we can see where the poor luv bit the dust and, we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again and send you a brand spankin’ newbie!!

 

Do you provide tracking?

 

All toppers are sent Express Post and a tracking number is sent via email on completion of your order. Sometimes it can end up in the spam or junk folders so be sure to rummage through those if you don’t see it in your inbox.

 

Returns

 

We really want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! However, we do make custom items, which means in most cases we can’t accept returns as the item is specific to your order, and we can’t resell it or use the parts.

We can’t accept returns as per the Australian consumer laws if:

• If you made the incorrect choice.
• If you decide you don’t like the colour you chose.
• You made a spelling mistake in the name.

 

Is pick up available?

 

Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up. Our Warehouse is located at 24-25 Colrado Ct Hallam and you can collect Mon-Fri between 10am-3pm. We are an online store only so don’t have a showroom.
